I have been dancing since the age of 3, and weaving spiritual understanding through movement since that moment. I am so passionate about helping you REMEMBER YOUR ESSENCE, your magic, your spark and live in a way that feels like ‘coming home’.

FREQUENCY ART ™®

Frequency art is a concept created by internationally renowned Urban Kizomba artist Genevieve Kayra. Over the past decade she has developed a unique way of blending consiousness tools with technical dance.

When you book a Frequency Art workshop, coaching session, or offering you are stepping into real magic. These sessions allow the dancer (solo or in couple) to dive into a deep flow state, and unlock new ways of moving and embodying their own essence.
