What is the Frequency Dance Jam?

It’s a 2 hour guided movement lab for dancers. I will be taking the group through 2 hours of different prompts, exercises, and explorations to help you unlock a new level of magic, artistry, flow and magic in your dance. Dancers from all genres will be present. 

It will be a safe and creative space where you will experience unique guided frameworks and interaction with other dancers from diverse dance backgrounds to help unlock the next level of magic in your dance. I would love to see you there. 

When? July 23rd 7pm - 9pm

Why? I have been in Europe for the last 4 years developing my concept Frequency Art®. These Jams are a way for me to share this work with the public and create a special environment for artists. Find out more on the day by experiencing it firsthand. 

Who? This event is for you if you are a dancer in any style, and are interested in improving your freestyle, your expression, confidence, creativity or mastery, as well as connecting with dancers from other backgrounds.

Where ? Narrabeen SLC, Narrabeen NSW 2101

Cnr Albert & Ocean Streets The space is a very special studio overlooking the ocean, and the stars. We can even hear the sound of the ocean in the background as we create. 

The aim? 

For dancers to finally have a space where they can unlock new layers of their dance, new inspiration and be challenged creatively in a unique and safe environment.
