LOTUS SERIES 

Welcome to the Lotus series of embodied energetic activation and gentle movement. You will be guided by Genevieve Kayra a channeller, energetic worker, and artist (Sydney born) and visiting from Paris. 

The lotus series is a collection of high frequency energy healing sessions in a group format. You are welcome to join one, two or all three as you feel called. Gentle note that session 1 and 2 are for women only, and session 3 is open to men and women. 

SESSION 1

The white lotus (Women's only sacred space) 

Join Genevieve as she takes you on a sacred and experiential journey to connect to YOUR inner wisdom, intuitive voice, and deep knowing. In this workshop you will be guided through some gentle embodied practices to enter smoothly into the energetic container. You will then be invited to receive the transformative energetic transmission in a state of deep relaxation and rest. Finally, you will be guided back into some gentle movement to help you ground and integrate the energetic shifts. 

All are welcome, no experience necessary.

SESSION 2 (OUTDOORS) (Free)

Manly dam reserve 

This session is a very special outdoor circle. We will gather at manly dam with the other women from the white lotus session. Together we will do a guided soul journey on the sacred land of Manly dam, and do a special water ritual. This is a sacred moment for you to connect with the Earth, to help you to anchor the energetic work from the previous week, and to remember your innate connection to nature, and your priestess nature, your higher self. 

This session is optional, but highly recommended for integration and deepening connection to community. 

We will then stay at the dam and share some food and chit chat.

SESSION 3 

Sunday July 13th 1.15-3.15 pm HUM studios dee why

The purple lotus (Women and men welcome) 

Join Genevieve as she takes you on a sacred journey to remember YOUR sight, your vision and gifts. This is a deep session of energy healing , a time to honour the divine masculine and feminine internally and externally, and a space to reconnect with your intuitive gifts. 

You will be guided into some gentle movement practices to enter into the energetic container with ease, and you will then be guided on a deep soul journey of remembrance. Finally after the energetic session you will be invited back into gentle movement to anchor these new feelings in your body. 

All welcome, no experience necessary.

SPECIAL NOTES 

• Please arrive on time. We will have time at the end of the session to unwind gently and close in a relaxed way, however the work will begin directly at the beginning.

• Feel free to bring any special item with you (crystal etc) that you would like to energetically charge during the session 

• Wear something you will be comfy and WARM in as you will be laying down for a long period of time. 

AFTER CARE 

Energetic healing is deeply powerful and transformative. Be sure to drink some extra water for the following 24 hours and be gentle with yourself. It’s also highly recommended to attend the integration session at Manly dam the following week 🙂
