Welcome to Souldance ! You have entered at the FIRE CYCLE. 4 weeks of transformative movement working with your fire energy. Kali, Rebirth, cleansing, purification, eros, growth, desire, passion, purpose, activation and more.

What is SoulDance?

Souldance Is the powerful and life changing practice of working with the sacred arts of dance, elemental healing and transformational meditations.

You will work in a concentrated and safe group environment as you cycle through the elements every four weeks. SoulDance is a gentle and subtely powerful way to nourish your spirit, mind and body. As you journey deeper into the practice you will be called to shift blockages, unlock new potential and inner resources, and claim more of your personal power and gifts.

It is your birth right to feel the joy and ecstasy of your body in motion, to be one with the cycles of nature and to reclaim your own divine nature as a soul made with earth, fire, water and spirit. Souldance allows you to experiene a wide range of emotions and motions as you work with diffrenet dance modalities. One session may be incredibly fun and fiery, the next week you may basque in deep stillness and revelation.

everybody is welcome. No dance experience required.

WHERE CAN I DANCE THIS?

There are 2 classes available in Sydney.

7pm - MONDAY Crows Nest Dance Centre

10am - THURSDAY Be still and chill brook vale.

In the coming months online programs will also be available to help you include Souldance as part of your daily practice.

GROUP CLASS

SoulDance is a group class with limited capacity to ensure comfortably and attention to all students. Brookvale classes are capped at 15, and Crows nest capped at 22. To book your place please register online or email with any questions

WHAT IS THE COST?

There are many payment options to suit your commitment level.

SoulDance membership- $35 p/w (access to both classes per week)

Cycle pass - 4 weeks (1 class per week) $100

10 class pass- $275 (valid for 3 months + valid for other DancingChange classes)

Casual drop in - $30

WHEN CAN I START?

The fire cycle begins next Monday 9th March ! It's ideal if you can begin at the start of a new elemental cycle, however we understand life doesn't always go to plan. Whenever you feel called to step into Souldance will be the right time for you, we just ask that you email or online purchase prior to arriving at class:)
