Want to join Sydney's only Ladies Kizomba crew? We are not actually a "crew" or a "clique" we are a real community of women who show up every week to train together, create together and support one another.

We work on artistic projects throughout the year which challenge our bodies, minds and spirits as we grow to new levels as a team.

To learn the modalities we use, the techniques, Ladies Kizomba, + other dance modalities and meditations come and join this 6 week intake course:)

This is purely a training course designed to really upskill your current dance level, and open your perceptions about the possibilities within your body !

Become more emobied, joyful and confident and get ready for next years project.

The next Choreography for Fogo E Our will commence in early 2020 and will be based on FIRE , the language of Fire and how it moves us. This project will be different to previous works and will collaborate with other artists and groups.

If you would like to join us for next year's competitions, performances and events please attend this 6 week intake course:)

Existing members of Fogo e Ouro will also be at the course so you can jump straight into the group :)

DANCINGCHANGE SPRING PICNIC !!

You are all invited to come and spend a day in the sun at Centennial Parklands, eating, dancing and making some flower mandalas :)

To bring in the beautiful new energies of spring, meet new friends, and catch up for a dance with your classmates come and enjoy a picnic together:)

BYO food and drinks + a flower (as many as you like)

We will create a flower mandala together :) + a small flashmob by the ladies Kizomba crew:)

All pets, babies, kids, partners, friends, etc are all very welcome:)

DANCINGCHANGE is holding a Spring Celebration Picnic on Sunday the 13th of October. We will be dancing, feasting and soaking up the happy vibes of spring time at Centennial park. All friends, family, pets, babies etc are welcome :)

To add some spring festivities to our picnic I am running a 1.5 hour session to learn a basic ladies styling choreography. It will be short and simple and we will do it together at the picnic.

No costume necessary we will just wear Spring time clothing ~ orange, purple, pink, and white with a hint of green. + bring a flower of your choice. (we will make a flower mandala so bring as many flowers as you like)
