WELCOME TO THE THIRD EDITION OF THE WOMEN'S WORKSHOP WEEKENDER!

ELEMENTAL is the latest edition of this unique, refreshing and nourishing movement and dance event for women.

The Women's Workshop Weekender was created with the intention of creating a dance escape, some inspiration and a sisterhood in the heart of Sydney. This event welcomes women from all walks of life, with any level of dance and movement background.

ELEMENTAL is a homage to the natural cycles of Mother Earth, and our beautiful cyclic nature as women.

This full day workshop will celebrate each element through a different style of dance, meditation, ritual, or movement practice.

You will enjoy classes in Kizomba dance, West African Fusion, the Hawaiian Hula, Brazilian Zouk and more. The day will open and close with women's circles facilitated by president of Red Tent Australia Bree Calarco. You will enjoy stunning and delicious cupcakes by sweet lights, and enjoy a blissful sound healing and witness powerful dance performances during the closing ceremony.

Elemental is a truly unique experience facilitated by highly specialised and internationally and locally recognised dance artists and practitioners.

Indulge in a day of full self care, noursishment, fun, expression and sisterhood.

This event is limited to 40 participants to ensure maximum enjoyment and comfortability.
