ENERGETICS OF KIZOMBA
My online 1:1 classes are a special combination of my energetic work and Kizomba knowledge.
In this process you will receive an
Energetic reading on your dance +
Technical reading on your dance
Based on the video you will send me before the session.
During our 1:1 session I will take you though the technical and energetic aspects of the reading + take you through personalised exercises / concepts and feedback for you.
The benefit of using this methodology is that you can truly “unblock” any problem areas in your dance from the inside out.
Eg- I worked with a student who had some ‘blockages’ in his solar plexus Chakra. We worked on this energetically first. In his technical dance he struggled to lead with clear intention, there was no consistency in his stepping, and as a follower I felt very ‘unsure’ when dancing with him.
After using the methodology over a course of 3 sessions, It was like dancing with a totally new man! His posture was amazing, his weight transfer was clear and I felt completely at ease to fully let go and trust in his leading.
This is just one of hundreds of examples. I have been developing and using this Kayra codes methodology over the past 7 years, and am always amaze by the transformations I witness!
